Ibiza

With the ID. Buzz, we have tried something completely new. It is not yet available with camping equipment as standard - so we came up with something new. And so, in addition to 5 seats, 204 hp and a range of approx. 300 km with the built-in QUQUQ camping box, we also have a bed for 2 people and, when the trunk is open, a kitchen with a 2-burner gas stove, water canister and camping utensils.
Yes, our "Ibiza" is not directly comparable with our other campers. We think: It's different. A little adventure. Perhaps a foretaste of the future. Electrifying.

FAQ VW ID. Buzz

How much range do I have with the VW ID. Buzz?

The range varies depending on factors such as driving behavior, surface, speed and other consumers such as air conditioning, heating and outside temperature. Unfortunately, we do not yet have any experience of our own. After consultation with VW, a realistic range with 2 people in the vehicle is approx. 300 km.

How do I charge the VW ID. Buzz during my trip?

You can charge the ID.Buzz at any charging station and pay easily via app, credit card or with your own e-charging card.
We recommend the fast charging stations from IONITY: 100% green electricity and after 30 minutes at the latest, your ID. Buzz is 80% charged again. The last 20% takes much longer, but you can make good distance with an 80% charge.

What charge do I need to return the ID. Buzz with?

When you hand over the ID. Buzz with at least 80% charge from us. So that you don't have to go looking for charging stations at the end of your trip, you can also return the ID. Buzz with a lower charge. The charge is included in the service fee for the ID.Buzz.

The VW ID. Buzz does not have a second battery. How does the power supply work on vacation?

The USB connections, lights and other consumers are powered by the starter battery (not the board battery). The vehicle is a passenger car and does not have all the functions of a normal camper. In order to have power in the vehicle at all times, we provide the following information with every rental Travelbox500 from Plugin Festival (500 watts). This is a really large power bank with USB connections, 220V connections for cell phones, laptops or other consumers. This can be charged while driving with the 220V connection on the passenger seat or at the campsite via the normal power supply.

What happens if my battery runs out on the road?

Don't worry, we won't leave you on your own. When you hand over the VW ID. Buzz you will receive the VW mobility warranty number from us. They will help you out and organize a tow truck to take you to the nearest charging station. However, this should never happen, because your ID. Buzz keeps you constantly informed about the current charge level of the battery and even suggests the nearest charging station.
